How to Cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C Cook time: 10 - 12 min.
- Preheat fan oven to 180°C.
- Remove from all packaging.
- Place the product on a baking tray
- near the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Pan Fry Frozen
Pan Fry Cook time: 5 - 7 min.
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes turning occasionally.
