How to Cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: 10 - 12 min.

  • Preheat fan oven to 180°C.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place the product on a baking tray
  • near the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Pan Fry Frozen

Pan Fry Cook time: 5 - 7 min.

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes turning occasionally.
