These are the best of the No Bull range. Intensely mushroomy and not at all like meat. Please do not discontinue them, they are unique to you and so it'll be hard to find a substitute anything like as delicious.

How to Cook

The following instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook From Frozen

  • Preheat fan oven to 200°C.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes.

Shallow Fry From Frozen

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a meduum heat.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes turning occasionally.
