How to Cook
The following instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven cook From Frozen
- Preheat fan oven to 180°C.
- Remove from all packaging.
- Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-22 minutes.
- For extra tenderness, brush with oil before cooking.
Shallow Fry From Frozen
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry over a medium heat for 12-14 minutes turning occasionally.
