Flavoured Rehydrated Wheat Protein 60.5% (Water, Wheat Protein 23.8%, Wheat Flour, Natural Flavour, Garlic Purée, Onion Powder, Salt, Beetroot Powder, Spices, Bouquet Garni), Sunflower Oil, Water, Mushroom 8.7%, Potato Protein, Natural Flavours, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Gelling Agent: Methylcellulose, Wheat Fibre, Thickeners: Xanthan Gum, Tara Gum, Chicory Fibre

How to Cook

The following instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook From Frozen

  • Preheat fan oven to 180°C.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-22 minutes.
  • For extra tenderness, brush with oil before cooking.

Shallow Fry From Frozen

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 12-14 minutes turning occasionally.
