Tofu 43.4% (water, soya, gelling agent: calcium chloride), water, shiitake mushroom 6.5%, soya sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, spirit vinegar, alcohol, sugar), garden peas 5.4%, sunflower oil, carrot 4.3%, dehydrated onion 3%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, raising agent: ammonium carbonate), maltodextrin, rice flour, sesame oil, ginger 0.8%, garlic purée 0.8%, gelling agent: methylcellulose, chive, natural flavours, sugar.

How to Cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 15 min. - 19 min.

  • Preheat fan oven to 180ºC.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 15-19 minutes.

Pan Fry Frozen

Pan Fry Cook time: 6 min. - 8 min.

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally.
