How to Cook

Pan Fry Frozen

Pan Fry Cook time: 8 min.

  • Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 8 minutes.
  • Turn half way through cooking time.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: 16 min.

Gas 5

  • Preheat fan oven to 180°C / Gas 5.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place on a baking tray in a single layer near middle of the oven for 16 minutes.
