Ingredients

Rehydrated Textured Soya Protein (35%) (Water, Textured Soya Protein), Mushrooms (29%), Cooked Quinoa [Water, Quinoa], Red Onion, Lemon Juice (from Concentrate) (Sulphites), Mint (2%), Parsley, Oat Fibre, Stabiliser: Methyl Cellulose, Dried Red Pepper, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soya Beans, Wheat), Roasted Garlic Puree, Yeast Extract, Salt, Malt Extract (Barley), Ground Cumin, Black Pepper

How to Cook

The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Barbecue From Frozen

This product is suitable for barbecue. Follow chosen instructions and finish off on the barbecue.

Oven cook From Defrost

  • Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator overnight.
  • Preheat oven Fan 200°C / Gas 7.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Brush each kofta lightly with vegetable oil.
  • Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 12 minutes.
  • Turn half way through cooking.
  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes before carefully inserting the wooden skewers.

Oven cook From Frozen

  • Preheat oven Fan 200°C / Gas 7.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Brush each kofta lightly with vegetable oil.
  • Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16 minutes.
  • Turn half way through cooking.
  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes before carefully inserting the wooden skewers.

Shallow Fry From Defrost

  • Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator overnight.
  • Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 10 mins.
  • Turn half way through cooking and reduce heat if necessary.
  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes before carefully inserting the wooden skewers.
