How to Cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Cook time: 16 - 20 min.

  • Preheat fan oven to 180°C/Gas 6.
  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place the product on a baking tray
  • near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes.

Pan Fry Frozen

Pan Fry Cook time: 7 - 9 min.

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes turning occasionally.
