How to Cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Cook time: 16 - 20 min.
- Preheat fan oven to 180°C/Gas 6.
- Remove from all packaging.
- Place the product on a baking tray
- near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes.
Pan Fry Frozen
Pan Fry Cook time: 7 - 9 min.
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes turning occasionally.
